| [20] NEVER WAS THERE A SWEETER NIGHT
Never was there a sweeter night, Never were there more joyous tidings For the human race. Blow upon the cornetts, Sound the trumpets, Make a sweet noise upon the organ. For our King, Sweeter than honey, Is now born in this eartly vale; Blow upon the cornetts, etc.
Sing His triumph with sweet song, Fill the earth now With the sounds of music and strings. Blow upon the cornetts etc.
